TUITION PAYMENTS – Tuition payments are due the first of each month for the following month. A late fee of 10% will be assessed for payments not received by the 3rd of the month. Payments are made online.
REFERRALS – Client shall receive a $50 credit towards future tutoring for each new student referred by Client to The Knowledge Quest. The referral fee will be credited to the Client, and the retail gift card issued to the Client, after the 1st paid session has been completed by the new student referred to The Knowledge Quest
SESSION CANCELLATION – The Knowledge Quest requires a minimum of 3 hours’ notice, during normal business hours, to cancel a tutoring session. If proper notice is not received, Client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled session. Sessions that are canceled with proper notice will be rescheduled at a mutually-agreed upon date and time by Client and The Knowledge Quest
LATE POLICY – The Knowledge Quest tutors will wait no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled session start time. If Client does not arrive within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session start time, Client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled session. If Client arrives within the 15 minute time period, tutoring will be performed for the remainder of the scheduled session. No proration for late sessions will be provided;
REFUNDS – Refunds for unused hours may be issued only if proper notice is given in advance to cancel tutoring. Please refer to “Session Cancellation” and “Term” above. Refunds will not be given for registration fees or material fees.
SOLICITATION OF TUTORS – Client is not allowed to solicit The Knowledge Quest tutors for work outside of The Knowledge Quest. Any violations of this clause will result in a $1,000.00 administrative fee to be paid to The Knowledge Quest by Client. The Knowledge Quest tutors have agreed, in writing, that they are not allowed to accept direct employment or referrals from The Knowledge Quest Clients.
